1. Two teams will advance from state qualifier to the Region IV Open Cup Championship on May 4-6 in Ontario, CA. Qualifiers will depend on the final playoff format.
2. Two teams receive automatic slots to the Region IV National Open Cup Championship on May 4-6 in Ontario, CA
   • Doxa Italia, 2011 Region IV Open Cup Champion
   • PSA Elite, 2011 Region IV National Cup Amateur Champion
3. USASA Region IV National Open Cup Champion advances to the USASA National Open Cup Championship on July 20-22 in Chicago, IL.
4. USASA Region IV National Open Cup Champion and Finalist advance to the 1st round of the U.S. Lamar Hunt Open Cup on May 15, 2012 at a location to be determined by U.S. Soccer.

1. Cal South National Cup Champion and Finalist advance to the USASA Region IV Championship on June 8-10, 2012 in Seattle, WA.
2. USASA Region IV Champions advance to the USASA National Cup Championships on July 20-22 in Chicago, IL.

Only 2011-2012 Cal South registered and eligible adult teams can enter the 2012 Cal South Adult National Cups Championships. Follow the steps below:

1. Only the official Team Manager or Head Coach listed on the official team roster can register the team.
2. The Team Manager or Head Coach must log into their Cal South Adult Member Account using their Log In Username and Password ( CLICK HERE )
3. Under your member profile, locate your 2011-2012 Team Name
4. Click on the "Tournament" link next to your team name.
5. Select the "2012 National Cup - Cal South" from the dropdown box and click "Register" to apply.
6. Your team information including team contacts and players will be imported into your application.
7. Complete the team application and payment procedures.
8. When done click the "Submit" tab to complete the application process.
9. You will be shortly contacted by the National Cup Committee via email regarding next steps.

Policy 601-6-International Clearances
For a player who comes to the United States on or after the player is 12 years of age, the player must request and receive an international clearance from the Federation. However, an international clearance is not required of a player who is 12, 13, 14, 15, or 16 years of age if the
player and the player's parent or guardian signs a statement that the player has not signed a
professional contract or received money from any team for playing soccer.
